Yes — Ground Management supports multiple grounds under one operator account, each with its own capacity, slot configuration, and status. Managing multiple separate venues/locations as distinct businesses is on our roadmap.
Yes — advance, partial, and full payments are tracked against each booking, along with refund handling, so reconciliation doesn't depend on memory or a separate ledger.
Yes — booking confirmations, match reminders, and payment reminders are sent automatically, so your staff isn't manually messaging every customer.
